Back Hip Circle?

I had my back hip circle and did it like, 2 times. Now, I still can't do it and really need help with it. What's something that could help me with doing them. I am very close and don't know what I am doing wrong. Anything helps!

Be sure to cast high and keep your arms straight. Also keep your body straight and your butt tight. That should help your backhip circles a LOT.
 
I'm not a coach, but for DD she seemed to really get a BHC once she had a good cast.
 
My daughters coach had her bite her leotard to reminder her not to lift her head and keep her eyes on her toes. Worked wonders! Best of luck to you.
 
You've got to keep your arms really straight, tuck your chin down and watch your toes come up.
 
After casting lean your body back but do not throw your head back
