Prepare to use muscles you haven't used in a while, wear a good sports bra and a comfotable leotard. tie your hair up in a pony tail that stays put.

Most of all have fun!!!!
 
Condition at least at 1 day for every day you take the class at first.

If you take the class 1x a week, condition at home 1 extra day. 2-2. Stretch the same amount.

Most girls will feel more comfortable wearing shorts of some kind, either basketball shorts or those cheer/gymnast shorts. Watch out as they like to wrap around the bar on bar circling skills.

Try not to wear your hair in a bun as it will hurt if you work backward rolls. Pony tails work best in this case.
