I have this problem were when i do bhs's on the beam one hand is on top of the other, does anyone else do this? and someones it hurts my fingers. but when i try spreading them out i can't, is there any drills for correct hand placement?

Try doing your bhs up onto a panel mat (as in, start on the floor with your back to the panel mat, then do your bhs putting your hands and feet on the mat), it will make you jump harder so you have more time in the air. Then it should be easier for you to place your hands in the right position. Good luck.
