Boys Team Coach/Program Director- Scamps Gymnastics, Kenosha, WI

We have an immediate opening for a full time boys gymnastics team coach/ program director. Scamps Gymnastics is a 39,000 square foot state of the art facility with a 1200+ student base located in Kenosha, Wisconsin along the shores of Lake Michigan between Milwaukee and Chicago.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Coaching 26-30 hours a week
-Developing lesson plans for team and rec classes
-Travel to competitions
-Assigning, training, and managing boys rec staff
-Starting salary is $45,000 and commensurate with experience.
-Benefits include: vacation, personal time off, medical and dental coverage, SEP retirement plan, moving expenses.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
