I have a question for those Canadian coaches out there who have experience with the pre novice aspire/elite program. What do you do with those kids who are short on skills for the elite group but are too advanced for the aspire group? I have one who competed Aspire last year but isn't ready for elite. Do I put her as a level 8? SUggestions?
