I need some help with improving my clear hip. It just looks like a back hip circle without my hips on the bar. What are some tips for dropping more and getting higher abover the the bar in the "pop" back up? I have a video, if that's needed. :)
 
What my DD says it to think of a back extention roll.......start your BHC early and drop you shoulders early and forcefully. She also said you must start by pushing the bar away, and then pull the bar up.
I dont know if this makes any sense...it does Not to me!!!LOL.....i hope this helps
 
^^^ get a super strong back extension roll first. Work on arm and core strength. Can you post the video or pm or text or dm or something it to me?
I found that casting above horizontal and opening my shoulder as much as I can so it's easier to go into handstand.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
