Coaches Coaching in a new state

I'm coaching at my first meet in Colorado next weekend and I gotta admit I'm a bit nervous. I've only been coaching these girls for a week as I just moved here 2 weeks ago, and I've only been to meets in North Carolina. I'm sure things are generally run the same way except maybe warmups and blocking groups. I am not super familiar with being the head coach at a meet for a group since at my last gym in NC I only assistant coached at meets. Is there anything specific you guys know of that I should expect or be ready for?

At our meets (not sure if all meets do it), there is always a "coaches meeting" before the first session. The head coach is usually the one who goes to it. They talk about the different flights and take any scratches that weren't known beforehand. I don't know much more than that since I have never been in the meeting.
If you are doing continuous rotations, be ready to warm up the next event as soon as your team's turn comes.
