As most of you probably know, I've been struggling with ankle problems since February and shin problems since December (?). We have figured out what they are and I'm on track to be doing 4 events pain free by meet season. However I've been struggling in conditioning. Especially abs and arms (weird ik). I just can't do it. We are required to do a 2 minute hollow hold (hard for my team, probably easy for others) and I honestly can't make it past a minute without crying! I've been working on it at home but I can't! 1 minute is my max. Its not that I'm THAT weak either, I can do a 5 min plank, 50 v ups, etc. And arms.... After 30 good push-ups I'm done! Any tips on increasing stamina and strength? It is all greatly appreciated.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
