Okay welll I asked this before those posts got deleted, but I was wondering what you/DD do for conditioning at home if you do so. I mostly understand doing push ups, V ups, sit ups, leg lifts, ect. But the thing is when people say like 50 push ups and 30 V ups do you take a break in between those or a rep? Also say what level you/they are in so I have an idea how much conditiong is good for what level.

Of course, you take breaks. When moving from area, you may not have to take as long but to catch your breath.

Per level, ideally you increase the reps. That changes per gym.
