Goooooo, Judge Aquilina! She is really pulling all of this together in a deeply transformative way.

And she is now DEMOLISHING his claims that he's truly sorry and repentant. With his own words in that letter he wrote to her.

I can't watch the live stream, but the tweets make it sound as if he is not admitting guilt? I thought Alford pleas were not accepted in Michigan.

This quote from Rachael Denhollander: I did it [report on Larry] because it was right. No matter the cost, it was right. The farthest I can run from what you have become is to daily chose what is right

Agreed, their total disregard for human suffering is mind blowing.

He stood by his guilty plea in court (after hesitating), but the judge read some of the letter he wrote last week and he essentially said he was “doing all these things as treatment and now the media has turned it into something bad.” So, basically he still doesn’t think he did anything wrong.

No, he pleaded. Aquilina was just reading from his bizarre letter to underline his lack of understanding and repentance.

Well a 175 year sentence, in addition to the 60 he is serving for child pornography. The judge spoke beautifully, and kept it all about the survivors.

Very hard stuff to watch, but watching this week makes me more convinced that change must happen.

Holy crap, the letter!

He really thinks he was justified. He really thinks he did nothing wrong. He won't even say the word guilty.

The look on his female attorney’s face when the judge was reading the letter was priceless. I do feel sorry for the defense lawyers.

Did the judge say that he was still treating prisoners in jail??? Did I hear correctly?

Got it. The tweets made it sound like she asked him about his plea and he waffled on the facts. Wish I could be watching this.
