B BlairBob Oct 10, 2009 #3 A fun thing I did recently with my boys was weighted pullups. Most are not ready to do weighted dips, seeing as there dips are poor. Bicep curls...who cares. Deadlift. This is good as would be weighted single leg squats or overhead press.
