I'm going to go ahead and close this thread; we don't generally like medical advice threads here, and we've had issues with weight threads in the past. While this discussion has (I hope) been useful, I think everything that needs to be said has been said.
To be clear: this is not intended as any sort of admonishment to the thread starter or any of the posters here; I just feel like the longer this thread goes, the more uneasy us mods are going to get about it.
So to sum up:
-See a dietician, and assume they know better than any of us do
-Be wary of the mental health rabbit holes that calorie-counting can lead down. It's not inherently a bad idea to keep track, just make sure you're not sacrificing your mental health in the process.
