Women Drills for the slow twitch gymnast

Does anyone have any thoughts on helping a slow twitch-y kid do the best she can do at gymnastics?

Not sayin' its her only problem but it's probably a big reason she has such a hard time with vault.

power training. the coach should know what that is and is probably doing it with the gymnasts.

dunno, when you say "power training" is that the same as plyometrics?
