Falling hard in a bwo...suggestions ?

When I do my back walkover with a little support i tend to fall back onto my hands kind of hard....is there anyway I can train myself to not fall on my wrists as hard ?I've tried going slower but I'm still hitting then pretty hard...help please :)Thanks xx
 
pull tall when reaching backwards with no space between your ears. it also sounds like your lower back may not be as flexible as it needs to be.
