1. Stand up straight on the spring board (don't lean forward), so much so that your feet are in front of the rest of your body when you hit the board.
2. Increased heel drive. Work heel drive drills such as lower body lifts hanging off the vault table.
 
I agree with the above poster. In addition, make sure you have a fast run and powerful hurdle. Maybe lower the vault setting if completely necessary.
