Do you have your kip? if so, do this:
Kip cast kip back hip circle back hip circle 5 casts squat on long hang kip back hip tap tap tap tap tap dismount. This is what we do at my gym about 3 times the first day you get
grips- it works perfectly!!
If not:
pullover back hip circle back hip circle back hip circle squat on tap tap tap
We also do this. Works perfectly, but do it like 5 times. By then your hands are super warm and the leather is sfter. Also, if you don't right now, squirt the
grips with water and then PILE ON THE CHALK!! It totally loosens the grip and makes it feel easer and part of your hand
