MAG gym bags

What kind of gym bags do your boys use? We have these HUGE under armour duffels that are awesome, but really big. Like, D, 2 years ago, could fit all the way inside. It is great for travel, but they are really overkill for meets. I am wanting to look into other options, maybe a backpack type bag, and see if our booster club will buy them for the boys. Any ideas?

Our guys (and gals) have this version more or less: Link Removed. It's a tiny bit small for all the crap my daughter keeps in it during meets, but works fine for my son.

I do know that one coach always insisted our girls wore backpacks to keep their spine aligned. He would go mental when they had schoolbags on one shoulder.
