Hi everyone,
(Please let me know if I’m not posting at the right forum)
I’m an adult beginner. I’m only working on handstand on my own because I have no access to a gym now.
This is a video of my Handstand. Since I’m practicing on my own, I don’t really know if my form is right or if there’s any details I need to be aware of. I appreciate any advice.
My first goal is to be able to balance 10 seconds consistently.

I would encourage you to do handstands against the wall the other way around, with your belly facing the wall.

Also make sure to cover your ears and fully push through your shoulders.

You are at a great starting point though, keep up the work and it will come!

Should I also try to balance with my belly facing the wall?
I found that it’s so hard to save my handstand when I start falling towards my belly.

Balancing should not your main focus, form should be. If the form, strength and tightness is there, the balance will come. Don't worry about it. It just needs time, focus and patience!

Gotcha. Thank you so much!
