Healing caries for team mate!!

Last night at practice one of the girls on team was running tO do her Tsuk into the pit and slipped off the springboard and the vault lifted and fell on top of both her feet. Her one foot was bleeding pretty bad. After she got it cleaned off the cut was very small but her feet were swollen and hurt o walk. It was scary to watch as she is a great vaulter, we just hope this didn't freak her out to much. If you guys could send some healing faries her way that would be great! Thanks!
