Hey! I am currently a level 9 gymnast and think i may have a problem with food haha. Idk but at certain bursts i just get these cravings where i full out eat till i'm sick. After this takes place i feel super guilty. I want to lose some weight and get more toned so i try not to eat so much and lower my portion sizes but then this occurs. I don't want to get fat by this but i don't know what to do about eating. It would be great if i could here some of your guys' views on this!
