High bar kip help?...

How do you get a high bar kip? I have it on low bar but not high bar.
 
The most common problem with high bar kips is that the gymnast is doing a full tap swing before it and as a result their power and momentum go up awards instead of forwards.

When you are at the back of your swing don't tap but stay in the tight arch shape for the swing you are going to kip on. Keep your feet behind you. It will stop the power going up over the bar and push it forward so you can kip.
