Is this allowed in L8?

DD is working L9, but starting the year at L8. Are these allowed at L8?

Bars: Cast to handstand, Giant, Shoot over?
Beam: Connection is Back-handspring, Back-handspring to two feet. Dismount is Switch leap, one arm back-handspring Arabian dismount?

Just wondering if she can compete these if ready or if they are for L9 only.

Bars skills are fine for L8. Beam is fine--I'm not sure about the Arabian(may be because I can't recall seeing it at L8).

Don't have the book in front of me, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

One arm back handspring is a C acro, so not allowed at level 8.

Shoot over from a giant is a C on bars(D if it goes from handstand to handstand) so not allowed at level 8.
(Shootover that goes from horizontal on high to horizontal on low is a B, so allowed)

Doing an unallowable skill means 0.5 deduction plus no credit for the unallowable element.

I thought if they do a "C" at level it will only count as a "B" not a "c" but there wouldn't be a deduction. I'm only a mom with what ever info our gym gives us so I know I haven't a cule most of the time.

Cher, In level 8 you can only do "C" dance skills (leaps, turns, etc.). But there are a few exceptions such as a clear hip handstand and a pirouette on bars.
