Women Kick Over Front on Beam..?

Is defined as this on the GymDogs website:

Kick Over front - gymnast starts standing and swings one leg backwards overhead making herself flip forward landing in a sitting position on the beam with one leg straight and one bent.

Does this have another name? Not seeing any YouTube videos where the gymnasts lands sitting on beam.

What is the value of this skill?

I believe the skill you are referring to is a suicide. I want to say that it is a D but I'm not sure about that. I'm sure someone else can clarify that!

Search for 'front kick over on beam gymnastics' or something similar on YouTube. It will pull up several videos. You'll have to watch a few to find what you are looking for - it will also bring up some Gainer front tucks to feet - but there are a couple out there.
