Could someone point me in the right direction for finding good ideas for lesson plans for Preschool ages (3-5) and beginner(7-12) and intermediate (7-12). This would be just for floor.

Thanks!

I am a gymnast, but i do coach rec a few hours a week. And are they like brand new to it? If they are work lots of cartwheels
handstands (against a wall if needed),
forward rolls,
straddle forward rolls,
back ward rolls, back extension rolls to front support (if capable),
different shape jumps (straddle, tuck, etc.)
Prone falls on a mat
Nice tight log rolls

Then you can also have a station or two in a circuit of conditioning like step ups, sit ups, lunges.

Hope that helped!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
