Same guys, pretty much right?

What is the difference between these two....other than Nationals could land you on the Junior National Team?

Sorry don't have any answer for you, but have a related question so maybe someone can anwer both. Are the "junior" men competing in the 16-18 division at VISA's eligible to qualify to olympic trials and/or the olympic team since they are technically age eligible for senior international competition? Or must they choose to compete against the senior men at VISA's in order to be in a position to qualify?

you must've entered them in with the senior men.

Last month pretty much the same guys competed in Cincinatti at the JO National Championships. Currently, the same two individuals are leading the all around of Visa Nationals as that won the JO Nats(which is awesome, since one of them is from my state). What is the difference between the meets? Seems like the major difference is that Visas will get you onto the National Team.

This doesn't happen in womens because Level 10 and Junior elite are two different 'tracks'?
