level 7 cast height?

I have read several question and answers regarding bar requirements for level 7. Our coach says that 60 degree angle of the cast must be done on the high bar for it to count. But I didnt' think that was what i was reading on this sight. please explain to me if indeed it has to be on the high bar only or if it is done on the low bar it will count???

At level 7 there is a Special Requirement (worth .5) which is worded as such: One cast, min. 45° from vertical
It can be achieved on either bar.

my coach always says that you need to have your cast at a 75 degree on eaither bar so there will be no question about the height for the judges. hope this helps. she also pushes her level 5 and 6s to get to vertical or above.
