Coaches Level 7 Floor

It's my first season coaching an optional group and I want to quickly clarify something.

The special requirement asks for a Layout on Floor. Is my gymnast allowed to compete a Full and cover that requirement or no?

For the special requirement, they have to do a layout. It may not twist.

Some level 7s will have a layout pass, a front tumbling pass, and a back full pass. That's okay, but the straight layout has to be in there.

On a related note, you may want them to throw some type of front-front salto for their front tumbling pass so that they are better prepared for L8.
