Level 7 skills question.

Just wondering where exactly I can find a list of skills for level 7 listed by "A" skills "B" skills etc.... USAG site has not really been helpful for me on that. Thanks for the assist!!!

I'm not sure, but I think you have to buy the code of points book.

Your coaches at the gym should have one. They usually get it when they get the new routines and rquirements.

You will need to purchase the JO code from USAG. An alternative is to use the Gymquest judging software.
