hi everyone,
my coach is making me do level 7 but i dont think im ready. i can do
vault: half on half off
bars: kip, free hip, squat on, uprise, fly away, giants on straps
beam:bhs on low beam, bwr bwr, bwr back tuck dismount
floor: back tuck, bad back layout with a spot, front front onto mat
PLEASE HELP
