Looking for a team coach (AAU bronze-platinum, though even just good experience with bronze and silver would work if needed).
We’re in St Croix Falls, WI - basically the edge of MN/WI, so someone northeast of Minneapolis would be fairly close to us.
It would be part time to start (up to 21 hours or so, though we could do less if preferred). Definitely full-time possibilities in the coming year or so if desired (filling out the rest with admin work, probably).
It’s a very small gym (around 40 team kids) but we have ridiculously small class sizes - max of 6 kids per coach, often with a jr coach assisting as well. So a differerent experience than the typical 8-12 per coach for sure!
