So, I am a high level platinum gymnast who hopefully will be a diamond next year (State/Regionals are coming up soon) and have had many injuries recently. I got back from my 2nd stress fracture in my ankle in December and recently my back and SI joint have been bugging me a lot. I have gone to PT but I don’t feel like anything has improved too much. My ankle still bugs me even though it is supposed to be healed by now and my back sometimes makes it so I can’t do all things at practice.
Any tips to avoid more injuries or to get better faster?

I just recovered from an ankle injury after almost 6 months. I kept re injuring it. I would suggest doing red light on your ankle and massaging it a lot. I also would soak my foot in warm water and epsom salt. Other than that just take it easy at practice and let your coach know.
