MAG Meet report

Like many of your boys, my DS had his first meet of the season on Saturday. It was a small meet; next weekend will be a huge one so it was nice to start small. I still don't understand the scoring but I'm sure we will get used to it! His worst events last year were pommel and high bar and those were by far his best this year! He had a great meet with the exception of floor. Last year, floor was his best....I think he was trying too hard and got nervous. PM me if you'd like video, he's a level 5. He ended up first in everything except third on vault and floor (small meet though).

Wow, that's terrific! (Vault and floor are looking to be my son's nemeses this year as well.)
