My girl's bars from today!

So proud today. Dd competed with kitkat's Alex and even though she is totally out of Alex's league on bars, still managed 2nd place with a floor foot touch, a bar foot touch, and no full turn with questionable handstands, lol!

I think I was most proud seeing Alex and dd hanging out together the rest of the session and cheering on the other girls.

Dd said .3 each for the floor touch and the bar touch, but she isn't positive? But that would mean the rest of her routine only got .4 and .8 deductions from each of the 2 judges? Her deductions were 1.0 and 1.4.

In other words no clue, lol!

She still can not compete 4 events. She has one year left in her knee that has not healed yet. Maybe she will compete bars. Haven't asked her coach. its been a rough rough year for her.

No there is nothing but I hear they have not been giving out many 9s. Not sure if tough scoring or if everyone is having one of those days!
