New here, my dd is a first year level 5

My dd is 8 and has been competing as a rec op gymnast for 2 years. She did really well, then decided to switch to compulsories. She is loving it. Due to some form issues she is a level 5, but will go to 7 as soon as she makes some corrections. She just taught herself a back handspring back walkover on the beam, thrilled beyond belief with herself! I am so happy to have a place to talk gymnastics!
