So I’ve been working on my flyaway off of our bar (high bar) and my tap swings were perfect until today. I peeled off of the bar twice on my third swing. I have perfect form and i’ve been doing tap swings for a long time. I’m in rec so my gym doesn’t allow me to use dowel grips, we are only allowed to use palm guards. Can anyone tell me why I’m peeling?

It's impossible to tell you why you are peeling without seeing you.
If your tap swings were good until this point, it might be a freak accident : don't overthink it and just ask for a spot at your next practice, just to be on the safe side. It's probably just a bad practice and overthinking will only make it worse.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
