I've been looking around for a warm-up sequence that covers anything and everything from jogging and cardio to acro series. The only one I can find that even comes remotely close is the National Team Warm-Up. Does anybody have a warm-up sequence more in depth than just laps and stretching that they would be willing to share with me?
