Yes you can use the JO Code of points as long as you follow the Xcel rules - but I'm pretty sure all A / B / C skills are in the Xcel code (plus several other A skills that are for Xcel only). Also, you would need to use the Xcel vault chart.

Also, sort of unrelated, would a mount like this count as a B circling skill?


and would this count as a flight if I got it certified as a skill?

Circling skill cannot be in the mount or dismount, so NO.
And since the "root skill" here is a back handspring, yes, it would count as flight.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
