Coaches Reminder for Working with Talented Kids

A friend of mine who is a dance teacher/choreography posted a link to this article. While a lot of it is dance specific, I think it does pertain to talented kids in just about any sport. I know we try to reign in our hopes and expectations for that exceptional kid, but it's so hard to get wrapped up in their super human progress. I just thought it was a good reminder.
