Coaches Rotation schedule

We have 2 separate areas for rec and team, so the only thing that we have to share for rec and team is our tumble tracks and pit.

Each week a schedule gets printed out for rec classes on each day and what events each classes go to (ex. preschool starts on floor, then move to beam, irec class 1 starts on vaults then moves to floor, etc.).

On the other hand, our team schedule is a work in progress...
I think our main problem is lack of coaches not being able to have team girls working on all events safely, but somethings are too easy to work out, that should not be an issue in the first place (team group 1 splits on 3 events (ex, bars, beam, floor), team group 2 practices starts and needs the floor to warm up, so they get stuck on the rec floor to warm up, while other rec classes are trying their best to run their classes with all of the distractions going on)

Hard to do without knowing exactly what you have in your gym. In ours, number of coaches is often the limiting factor in how we group/rotate. Depending on space, we can set up a rotation of effective drills for any event to train 20-25 kids, as long as we have coaches/spotting. Floor is where it gets tricky...

At all the clubs I’ve worked at there has been an apparatus schedule up on the wall, which has each area of the gym and which group is to be on it in that time period (both rec and competitive on the one timetable to make sure there aren’t any clashes). Usually a weekly schedule that stays the same week to week or with an A and B week to make sure that all classes get the apparatus space they need throughout the session/week.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
