Does anyone have any good shaping drills that can be done easily at home for a gymnast (training L5/6) looking to clean up form and improve muscle memory of proper shapes? Videos are helpful! Thanks!

I know there was a video of the US National team doing the full warm up of cardio, stretch, and shapes, but I'm having a hard time finding it now.
