Skills in each level?

Does anyone know where i can find a list of all the skills you should learn in each level? Not the routines, but the skills on each apparatus. The closest I have found is routines Link Removed, but I live on the west coast.

That is a great website. Even though you live on the West coast the requirements are the same in every state in the US.
