I've been practicing my level 7 bar routine lately, and my casts apparently are very archy with bent apart legs. To make things on my bar routine much better, I've been trying at making a straddle cast to handstand, but I've only started today. I'm having some problems getting my but up in the air before closing my legs.
Does any one have any drills that could help me get my straddle cast to handstand really fast? My first meet is in a little less than a month!
