I know there is a big mix of new and seasoned parents and gymnasts here so I wanted to post a playlist of videos that shows my gymnasts training and competing. It's always fun to see what other JO kids do for training and drills, and competition videos are fun too!

Thanks for sharing! I don't have a video camera but I love seeing what girls from other parts of the country are doing in meets and at practice. It's a great way to get ideas for my girls.
