I am no a gymnast myself, although I was involved several years as a kid and my little sister is doing it.

Just out of curiosity (I am studying sports science and recently started being really interested in gymnastics!) I have a question.

There is a gymnast with these routines, not aiming for going Elite or even beyond L8:

Floor: RO BH Full, FH Front Layout FT

Bars: Glide Kip, Cast Handstand, Free Hip to Handstand, Toe Shoot, Cast Handstand, Giant Giant, Flyaway

Beam: Press Handstand Mount, Back Handspring Stepout, Front Walkover, Back Tuck, Round Off Pike Dismount

Vault: Front Handspring

How strong should she be in order to perform the skills "easily" and safely?

How many hours would she train?

I would say:

Strength:
5 L-Pull Ups
10 Pull-Ups
5 Handstand Push-Ups
5 L to V Leg Lifts
15 Full Leg Lifts
20 secs tuck planche
20 secs inverted hang on bars
3 Press Handstands in a row
1 Pike Press

training for about 15 hours a week.

What would you say?
