It really depends on the kid. You and her coaches know best how she will do with it based on how she is doing now at practice. Is she getting tired after the 2nd hour or is she acting like she could practice all day and be fine? I also think 4 hour practices at that age is a good recipe for early burnout and quitting. You might ask coaches if you can keep her at level 3 this year to keep lower hours.
 
My DD is 7.5 and trains 9 hours (3 hours 3 days). The only way I could see her doing 12 is if it was 3 hours 4 days a week, but not the other way around.
