My gymnasts are at the stage of having very consolidated clear/free hip circles and toe on/offs on the strap bar, however, are all scared and/or confused with moving them onto wooden. They struggle with a mix of the wrist shift aspect and also staying tight or committing when it feels scary. I’m looking for some tips of drills that could help with this process? - specifically to handstand! Any help appreciated!
