I wonder if this is only relating to Nassar? Recently there have been girls in swimming and volleyball (today) come out about abuse from well know elite coaches.

I think pretty much anybody that steps down in NCAA, USOC, or USAG will be linked to the "Nassar situation."
It's just an "easy" out at this point in history, unfortunately.
