Currently can't run or jump (let alone tumble, beam, or vault) because of a possible torn meniscus. Not doing any gymnastics other than conditioning and some bars, but I need to find a warm up that does not involve running or jumping because I need to warm up my muscles before four hours of conditioning ;) thank you!

Sorry about your situation, that sounds pretty miserable......
As for your question, I'm not sure how much of a warm up will be necessary since you really won't be doing much. Ask your coach, but I would imagine doing all your stretching, and then slowly start your conditioning and let that be your warm up. I hope to hear soon that you are doing better. :)

If your gym has a stationary bike, that's a great thing to use, as it doesn't put the pressure on your knee that running does. After I tore my ACL I spent many many hours on it. If not, one footed jump roping or one footed sprints on your good leg are always an option (if you can tolerate it obviously). Best of luck with your knee!
