Hi! My coach and I have been exploring weird/uncommon B elements on bars recently to try and get my start value back to a 10. This is my last season competing (Xcel Platinum), so we're not worrying about how well these skills progress, just if I can do them. I do have a free hip, but it's not quite competable yet. We have about a month until States, then another month until Regionals, so there's a bit of time. If anyone has any suggestions, tips, or videos, I would really appreciate them! Here's the list of what we're trying right now.

Free hip/clear hip
Uprise
Flyaway 1/2
Undershoot 3/2
Full turn kip (I'm not sure of the actual name of this one; it's a full turn jump into a kip on either low or high bar)

TIA!

1.208 Round-off straddle back mount - Round-off in front of the low bar (onto a springboard), flight backward (straddled) through clear straddle support on the low bar.

1.210 Jump to handstand mount - Jump to handstand on low bar with hips bent, then extended, legs together or straddled.

Straddle Cut Catch
Thank you!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
