Hi!
I just wanted to know what the hand positions for a Valdez is. I need to know what the hannd you put behind you (when you start) does. :)confused:) Like, How to move it into the right position for the bridge, when you go backwards....

Thanks!

Valdez for a lefty:
starting position: left leg straight, right leg bent, right hand behind body with fingers facing away from you, left arm out straight in front of you.
as you push off off of your right leg and lift your left leg, your right hand will start to turn (towards the direction of your thumb) 180 degrees until fingers are facing the same way as your left hand which should now be on the ground as well as you should be passing through the handstand.
Just reverse positions for righty. There are some good examples on youtube of this skill as well...
